What To Expect At Your Visit
Learn About My Methods
I implement effective psychotherapy including cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and a person-oriented approach. It is important that you come to therapy for your own reasons and with goals in mind. Therapy is a relationship and a process that offers no "quick fixes". You can expect that participation will offer relief from symptoms and improvement in how you enjoy your life but will be directly tied to the effort that you put forth in the process.
Services I Offer
Personalized Care and Guidance
Individual Therapy
Individual psychotherapy is my primary practice. I work individually with you to develop goals, select activities outside of therapy to boost your mood, and work together to help you meet your goals.
Telepractice
Due to complicated times with COVID-19, your safety is of utmost importance. I offer HIPPA-compliant telepractice including synchronous videochat therapy. It is easy to schedule and use - we can talk about whether telepractice is right for you!
